Off-road vehicles disrupt Franklin Park.

Some 100 dirt bikers and all terrain vehicle ATV drivers descend on Franklin Park, leading to an accident involving a bicycle rider and preventing police and paramedics from responding to a nearby shooting of a pregnant woman. It is the latest in a series of incidents involving the vehicles and late-night parties at the park. A community meeting to discuss the issue is “Zoom-bombed” with graphic and racist images two days later and must be rescheduled.
